If you require a watch repair or a service then please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about my services and how I can help with your watch.

When sending watches please ensure they are adequately insured and use an appropriate postal/courier service. They will be returned using the same service.

No responsibility for loss or damage in transit other than the postal/courier insurance value will be accepted by webwatchmaker or their representatives.

Customers are of course welcome to deliver and collect their watches from the Workshop by pre-arranged appointment.

Wrap carefully in bubble wrap and remember to include your full return address, phone number and email.
